Privacy Policy
Effective: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how Beijing Xinghe Qianfan Technology Co., Ltd. processes and protects your personal information when providing the Tokeny website, accounts, and related online features.
Read this policy before signing in or registering, then actively select the agreement checkbox on the sign-in page. Opening or reading this policy does not indicate consent.
Personal information processing
Information for online features: Depending on the features you use, the Company processes mobile or WeChat identifiers, profile information, published or submitted content, order and invoice details, and necessary network and operation records for accounts, community, marketplace, paid services and built-in models. These data are not all stored only on your device.
Local and online processing: The desktop client manages conversation history and settings locally. Model requests, uploads, publication and other online actions send the corresponding content for processing. Check attachments and tool parameters before sending and avoid providing unrelated personal information or secrets.
Website analytics: The official website uses Baidu Tongji to measure page visits and traffic sources. This may involve page paths, referral sources, device and browser information, IP addresses and cookies. Baidu provides this service under its privacy policy. Page and referrer addresses explicitly reported by our site exclude query parameters and fragments.
Models and third parties: Built-in channels forward requests through the Company’s model gateway to the selected model service; an enabled safety review service also processes relevant input. Custom channels send content to the service you specify. Models and channels depend on your selection and the actual product display. Third-party processing is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Credentials and ordinary request records: The client uses your custom provider credentials to connect to the service you specify; built-in channels use credentials managed by the Company. Ordinary gateway request logs do not store complete prompts or answers. They retain request identifiers, account, model, usage, time, result and other metadata necessary for billing and security.
Security incident preservation: When enabled, only flagged incidents have a length-limited content preview redacted under the applicable rules and stored encrypted. Retention defaults to 7 days and can be set between 1 and 30 days. Reading requires authorization and independent approval; expired content becomes unavailable and is cleaned up. Security and financial records follow their respective purposes and applicable legal retention periods, rather than one period for all personal information.
Deletion and account closure: You can request account closure in your profile after addressing pending orders, refunds and entitlements shown by the service. Account access is revoked and related profiles and content copies are deleted or anonymized. Financial evidence and security records subject to legal retention have restricted access and use. Backups that cannot be deleted immediately have restricted processing and follow deletion records when they expire or are restored.
Scope: Server-side account closure does not remotely erase your local files or recall content already lawfully obtained by others or processed by third parties. Manage local copies on your device; third-party copies follow the relevant processing rules and rights request procedures.
Rights and contact: Use your profile to manage available information or request account closure, or contact bd@techxn.cn to request access, correction or deletion and to ask about personal information processing. We verify identity and handle requests under applicable law, explaining the scope and reasons for any legally required retention.
